These conditions govern the sale of Art Toys collectible figures (Labubu, Skullpanda, Dimoo, etc.) by ToyBroker.
3. Prices
All prices are indicated in euros including VAT (21% Belgium).
4. Order and payment
The order is confirmed after payment confirmation. Accepted means: credit card, Bancontact. Secure payment via Stripe.
5. Delivery
Zones: European Union. Delivery: 3-7 business days. Shipping costs according to country and weight. See Shipping & Returns page.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.
7. Warranties and returns
Return procedure: contact us by email. Products to be returned in their original condition. Refund within 14 days after receipt of return.
8. Liability
Liability limited to order amounts. Force majeure exempting.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law. Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
